Next Level Scholars is a no-cost, four-week online workshop series launched by Harvard student-athletes Joye Wingard and Austin Hunt to open up the college recruiting process for high school athletes from all backgrounds. The program combines interactive Zoom sessions with current college athletes and recruiting professionals, giving students hands-on experience in creating athletic résumés, writing outreach emails, and producing standout highlight reels.

At its core, Next Level Scholars is about mentorship and representation—connecting young athletes with college players and professionals who’ve already walked the path they’re starting on. Through this supportive community, participants gain not just recruiting tools but also the confidence and perspective to navigate the journey ahead. By emphasizing inclusion, empowerment, and shared experience, the program helps student-athletes take meaningful steps toward competing at the next level.
