ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The project is about a program to encourage civic engagement and organizing a shoe and clothes drive to help people in need. We already started collect donations from student athletes and others then distribute them to communities locally and in countries like Niger, Mali, and Brazil. This project will provide important resources to those who need them while inspiring student-athletes to use their influence to give back and make a difference.



MOUNIR'S WHY

My why for participating in the fellowship is to use my role as a student athlete to make a positive difference in the world. Being an Engaged Athlete Fellow means more than just playing basketball. it’s about helping others, giving back to those in need, and inspiring others to do the same. The fellowship gives me the chance to grow as a leader and make a real impact in my community and beyond.
