This project provides accessible recruiting education for student-athletes who lack institutional guidance or personal networks. Through two interactive Zoom sessions featuring guest speakers with firsthand experience in college athletics, participants learn about recruiting timelines, communication strategies, and eligibility requirements. The sessions are designed to demystify the recruiting process and empower athletes to advocate for themselves. By centralizing clear, reliable information in an inclusive virtual format, the project helps reduce inequities in access to college sports. Ultimately, it aims to expand pathways to collegiate athletics and higher education for underrepresented athletes.
