Julia Jackson, with the support of mental health professionals, is creating a research-backed training journal that encompasses physical and mental performance. The journal will integrate goal setting, daily reflection, expressive journaling, and performance tracking to help athletes gain resilience, confidence, and a mental edge above their competition. Julia is also putting together a mental health conference that will take place in spring 2026 to bring together professionals and the community to have an open conversation about mental health and education on the benefits of training journaling in sport.
